Hello,

Do you have updated drivers for the HP Pavilion dv6000?  I started using Netflix a month or so ago, and, suddenly last week, the sound died.  I went through numerous sessions of uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft SilverLight and nothing worked.  I did all the routine troubleshooting and this is my last resort.  I certainly hope that I can still have sound on my laptop.

Thank you,

Linda

I have the same issue, a message saying I have no sound device installed.  I have an HP9727US notebook pc running Windows 7.  The sound recently went out approximately 2 weeks ago.  Please contact me with a solution.  Thanks.
