I cannot get my speakers to work.  I know I hooked them up correctly.  I have tried everything.  I just bought them today.  They are cute, and nothing special as i am using them for my desktop.  Just what I wanted.  I had logitec before, and they just completely died on me, so that is the reason for purchasing new speakers.  I keep getting the pop up for the logitec, maybe my computer does not recognize these new speakers.  Can you help me, or do I have to return them.  I cannot belive something so simple is confusing me...help  Model BX 1220

i just bought the same model the BX 1220 and they arent working either im getting angry because i just bought them not even an hour ago and  it shows the old speakers i had plugged in just not these ones. HELP

I just my BX 1220 speakers and I have attached them to my laptop and I get the power light but no sound; my laptop doesn't even acknowledge a new device for me to check settings, configure, etc.

Remove The softwar that was install before.
